Definition
- Funding Realty User: A person who has signed up with Funding Realty, but has not joined any Funding Realty Project yet.
- Funding Realty Member: An Funding Realty User who has already joined a successfully closed Funding Realty Project.
- Funding Realty Project (Project): A Project that is listed on Funding Realty’s platform.
- Referring Party: A person who invites prospects. Either an Funding Realty User or an Funding Realty Member can be the Referring Party.
- Referred Party: A person who signs up with Funding Realty through a referral link or referral code that is unique to and provided by, the Referring Party.
Reward Scheme
For the Referring Party and the Referred Party to each receive $100 FR Referral Credit, both Parties must join at least one Project on the Funding Realty platform - in other words - become an Funding Realty Member.
The Referred Party is required to sign up on the Funding Realty website and join a Project by pledging a minimum of $5,000 within 60 days of signing up to get Referral Credit.
The $100 Referral Credit reward will be disbursed within 8 to 12 weeks of the Project’s closing date. In the event that the Referring Party and the Referred Party join separate Projects, the closing date of the latest completed Project would be applied.
Rules for Referring Party
- To refer prospects, the Referring Party must be an existing Funding Realty User and/or Member.
- If, at the time of referring a prospect, the Referring Party is already a Member, he/she is not required to be a part of a Project to be eligible for the referral Credit award.
- If, at the time of referring a prospect, the Referring Party is a User but not a Member, the Referring Party has to join a Project within 60 days of any Referred Party’s sign up date in order to be eligible for the referral Credit reward.

Referred Party will receive $100 referral Credit reward when all the following conditions are met:
- Join a Project within 60 days of signing up.
- Your Referring Party is already an Funding Realty Member or has also joined a Project.
- The Project that Referring Party joins is successfully closed within 60 days of your sign-up date.
- Cannot self-refer

General Participation Eligibility:
- Except as described herein, a “Referring Party” must be an existing Funding Realty User or Member.
- A “Referred Party” is an eligible Member who, as a result of the submission of an eligible referral by the Referring Party, newly signs up and joins a Project according to the terms and conditions of Funding Realty.
General Program Details and Restrictions:
- For a referral to be complete and considered as an eligible referral for a credit reward, the Referring Party must accept the Program Terms and Conditions and the Rules for Referring Party.
- To be eligible, a Referred Party must join a Project within 60 days of joining Funding Realty and the Project must successfully close subsequently.
- If multiple Referring Parties refer the same prospect and that prospect becomes a Referred Party, the referral credit reward will be issued to the Referring Party whose unique referral link or promo code was submitted according to the records of Funding Realty.

Disbursement of referral reward:
- Referring Party who is an Funding Realty Member at time of referral should receive the referral credit award within 8 to 12 weeks after the closing date of Referred Party’s Project.
- Referring Party who is an Funding Realty User at time of referral should receive the referral credit award within 8 to 12 weeks after the closing date of the Project he/she joins or the closing date of the Referred Party’s Project, whichever comes later.
- Funding Realty reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Funding Realty reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of the eligible services.
- Referral credit rewards will be denied if Funding Realty determines that the Referring Party has or is engaging in abusive or fraudulent activity. In such an instance, the Referring Party will be permanently denied participation in the Referral Program going forward.
- A Referring Party is not authorized to provide any inaccurate or misleading information about Funding Realty, its products or services, in conjunction with this Referral Program. Any loss, damage, or claim in any manner arising from any unauthorized acts or omissions of a Referring Party with regard to this Referral Program is the sole responsibility of the Referring Party and Referring Party agrees to indemnify Funding Realty for any such loss, damage, or claim.
- A Referring Party cannot self-refer products and/or services; a Referring Party cannot also be a Referred Party with the same referral.
- Cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or discounts.
For US Persons
- When the Referring Party receives eligible referral credit rewards that will meet or exceed $600.00 within a calendar year, the Referring Party must complete a W9 form to meet IRS guidelines.
For non-US persons
- The Referring Party can invite an unlimited number of prospects to Funding Realty. However, Funding Realty can only reward the Referring Party up to $500 per calendar year regardless of the number of Referred Parties who successfully sign up and join a Project within the stipulated period.
