FundingRealty Electronic Signature Consent And Electronic Document Delivery

Accutech Services LLC, their affiliates, all third party players and service providers (“FR”) shall need to furnish some documents, agreements, communications, notices, or disclosures in writing (“Communications”) in relation to products and services (“Platform”). Your agreement to this electronic signature consent confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically from Certain, its affiliates, and its third party service providers, in-lieu of paper, and to use of electronic signatures in our relationship with you (“Consent”). If you choose not to agree to this Consent, or if you withdraw your consent, you would be restricted to using the Platform in parts.

Electronic Delivery of Communications and Use of Electronic Signatures

Under this Consent,FR may provide any and all Communications electronically by email, by text message, or by making them accessible via Certain websites or applications. Communications include, but are not limited to: Agreements and policies that are required to use the Platform such as including but not limited to Account statements and history; All disclosures related to brokering, arranging, and originating loans and or mortgages; And all federal and state tax statements and documents. We may also use electronic signatures and obtain them from you.

Authorizations for Certain or its affiliates to access information about you from other third party service providers, and for Certain or its affiliates to share information about you with third parties in conjunction with delivering our products and services. You are required to have adequate and latest hardware and software to be able to receive such communications and documents on your receiving end, from FR.

Paper Delivery of Communications

You have the right to receive Communications in paper form.  To request a paper copy of any Communication at no cost, please write to Accutech Services LLC, 82 School St, Piscataway, USA, within 180 days of the date of the Disclosure; describe the Communication you would like to receive; and provide an address where FR should mail the Communication. FR may still deliver information and documents in writing and/or on paper. Opting-in to electronic records and signatures does not mean you will receive all information and documents electronically. A reasonable fee may assessed to your account for paper delivery of documents.

Withdrawal of Consent to Electronic Communications and Updating Your Email ID

You may withdraw your consent and receive paper documents at any time by contacting us. Your consent will become effective once we have had a reasonable amount of time to make the appropriate changes to honor your request.  Withdrawing your consent may limit your ability to use the Platform. You can change your email address by writing to the Certain address and verifying your identity or by sending an email to info[at]fundingrealty[dot]com. You can also change your email address through the Platform.
